At Thorxianiuphim, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade decor pieces. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, subject to the conditions outlined below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are normal and are not considered defects. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not grounds for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom Orders: Items that have been custom-made or personalized to your specifications are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the agreed-upon specifications.

Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or special sales events may be final sale and non-returnable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents are not eligible for return.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Items that show obvious signs of use or wear.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items that are returned without all original packaging materials and documentation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible, as processing an exchange can take longer than processing a return and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package all items to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement item or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address you provided. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report and contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you with this process to the best of our ability.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel your order for a partial refund minus a restocking fee.

Once production has begun on your order, it cannot be cancelled. This is especially true for custom orders, which cannot be cancelled once approved and production has started.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international returns. Refunds for international orders will not include the original shipping costs or any customs fees paid.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns that are not due to our error (such as defective or incorrect items). This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.
